Part Time Admin ( 12 hrs) - Psychotherapy Group practice

Seeking part time person ( 12 hours ) to focus on one specific task. To submit various group applications for Psychotherapists in Group practice. Specific tasks focusing on California State submissions and other insurances such as Anthem - Cigna online applications with the group practice for therapists to be approved.

Task involves attention to efficiency , quick to learn, attention to detail. Gathering information from therapists within the group. Interfacing with insurance companies when required. Working with group general manager and over seeing tracking of all submissions as they are completed as well as tracking approvals when sent by insurances.

Others duties may be required . Application submissions a priori. Must be competent on MAC computer

We do not require front desk experience or interfacing with patients.

4 hours per day- ( 3 days) per week . Training in Burbank or Encino office- POSITION IS REMOTE .

This will NOT be a full position- PT only.
