California, Inland empire 00000 Inland empire USAWest Coast Mobile Home Improvement, based in Murrieta, CA is currently seeking an innovative and dedicated administrative assistant to join our team onsite. We are a contractor working in Southern California. This individual would collaborate directly with other members to complete their tasks. This position requires some travel to visit job sites and various permitting locations to pull permits (no experience required for that).
Duties and Responsibilities
Support Office Manager on various company projects
Data Entry
Asset Management
Purchasing
Inventory & Database Management
New Client Set Up
AR Calls / Collections / Follow Up
Uses best practices and maximize detail while maintaining production efficiency throughout each process
Implement feedback/changes when appropriate
Review work for errors
Requirements and Qualifications
Creativity, eye for detail, and analytical skills
Proficient in Excel and Word and similar software
Accurate and attentive to details
Time management and organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
