Admin/Office Assistant-Trucking/Recycling Co.

Looking to add a new Team Member for our growing team. We are offering a Full-Time position in our Customer Service / Admin Team. We are a Recycling - Trucking and Plumbing Company that deals with Food Waste, Used Cooking Oils, Plumbing for Commercial Customers throughout Southern California.

Some of the duties will consist of but not be limited to the following:

Answering Calls

Assisting Drivers

Opening & Closing Accounts

Assisting Operations Manager/Logistics Department

Customer Service

Collections

Qualifications that ARE REQUIRED to be considered for the position are:

ATTENDANCE- we need someone to be in the office Monday- Friday weekly 8am- 4:30 pm.

Computer Savvy

Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook

Spanish Speaking is a plus, but not Required.
