QUALIFICATIONS:

QuickBooks experience helpful (Online QuickBooks is a plus)

MS Excel, Outlook

Experience in A/R, A/P

Typing Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Job duties: answering phones, talking to customers, invoicing, filing, data entry, assisting the owner.
