Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

Our small landscape maintenance company is looking for a motivated and energetic Landscape Supervisor to join our team. This is a working Supervisor position. You will be responsible for the overall supervision of multiple maintenance crews. Bi-lingual required. This position plays an important role in maintaining our HOA communities by ensuring that our staff has everything they need to provide excellent customer service and communicating with HOA Managers & Board Members. This is a full-time position and may require some Saturdays. We are looking for a dependable, motivated person to take our team to the next level with training and development of skills.

Qualifications

·Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

·Good communication skills.

·Organized, pays attention to detail and has great follow-up

·Willing to learn new skills

Ability to manage time effectively.

·Willing to work hard and be firm with the team when needed.

Monday - Friday occasional Saturdays; PTO and paid holidays; Salary depends on experience. Employee position.
