Landscape Crew Member

We are a growing company covering, Ozaukee, Washington and Northern Milwaukee counties currently seeking dedicated, dependable landscape laborers to work safely in the field. As a landscape professional, you will work alongside other crew members, receive direction from your production manager and report to your crew leader. If you love working outside in a team environment, this position could be right for you! Starting at $20 to $24 per hour.

Work Schedule

● You’ll work Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts (with possibly some overtime in the peak season), starting at 7:00 am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route/job is complete, which is around 5:30, but this can vary.

● We provide transportation from our shop to job sites. You’ll drive or ride in a work van/truck from the shop to the job sites.

Responsibilities:

● Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls

● Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass

● Apply herbicides and starter fertilizer

● Trim/prune trees and shrubs

● Clean lawn debris with rakes, shovels, and blowers

● Install new landscaping materials

● Keep trucks and equipment clean and in working order

● Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned/required safety gear, PPE, etc.

● Interact with homeowners, property guests, clients, and the public in a friendly and polite manner

Requirements:

● Able to operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers

● Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record

● Availability to work variable hours which may include weekends and overtime

● Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions outdoors

● Legal authorization to work in the United States

● 18 years of age or older

● Reliable transportation to the shop

● Valid driver's license

● Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds & walk long distances
