Responsibilities

- Execute signature menu items with precision and consistency

- Work with team to ensure timely and efficient service

- Maintain cleanliness & organization

- Follow health & safety guidelines

- Contribute to menu development

Requirements:

- Passion for culinary excellence and high-quality ingredients

- Previous experience as line cook

- Knowledge of kitchen operations, equipment, cooking techniques and safety standards

- Excellent Communication

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
