Experienced Prep/Pantry Person

We are dinner only.

Looking for a solid prep person to make cold sauces, dressings, etc. Must be able to read recipes. This position is also a Pantry Line position so during dinner service you are tossing salads, plating entrees/apps and assisting our cook. Experience is required. Fast paced, fun. Shifts start as early as 3PM, possibly 6 nights a week unless we split hours with a 2nd person. Tips and meals, $17 hr to start. Closed Sundays.
