Multi Family Maintenance Technician

Targa Real Estate Services is a local family-owned property management company, and we are looking to expand our maintenance team in the Tacoma area.

In this position, your job is to maintain the property by turning units, picking up grounds, taking care of common areas, and completing work orders.

The position we are looking to fill is a roving maintenance technician. The properties you will be traveling between are within a one-mile radius.

Expectations:

Reliable transportation

Valid driver's license

Basic tools necessary to complete the job

Painting experience

Drywall repair

Comfortable installing light fixtures, outlets, switches, etc.

Self-motivated

Available Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5:00PM

Will be required to be available for after-hours emergency calls one week per month
