What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers as they explore our lot and inventory.

Build rapport with potential buyers and understand their unique vehicle needs.

Provide detailed information on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options.

Coordinate test drives and guide customers through the sales process.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to team success.

Maintain a strong knowledge of our inventory and industry trends.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Ability to post vehicles online.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated with a drive to exceed goals.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills for CRM and inventory systems.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
