Project Manager - Cabinetry and Millwork
Washington, Seattle-tacoma, 98101 Seattle-tacoma USABruce Matson Company is a family owned and operated cabinet manufacturer seeking a Project Coordinator to help in our Kent, Washington facility. We are looking for hard working, honest people that take pride in what they do to be part of a team that fabricates, cleans and packages cabinets for large commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage project activities from start to finish
Assist in the development and implementation of project plans
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
Participate in regular meetings to update team members on project status and address any issues or concerns
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
S
kills:
Proficiency in construction management software such as Fieldwire, or ProCore
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and bidding processes
Familiarity with contract management principles and practices
Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience using Bluebeam or similar software for document management and collaboration
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 65k – 75k dependent on experience.
