Job Opportunity: Front Desk Position at Growing Dental Office

Are you an experienced, mature individual with a passion for customer service and dental care? Our small but rapidly expanding dental office is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This position offers room for professional growth as we continue to expand our practice. 3 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday with room for growth adding Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Open and close the office daily

Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor

Answer phones and manage patient inquiries

Verify and process dental insurance claims

Handle dental insurance billing

Update and maintain patient files

Prepare coffee and manage office supplies and inventory

Post patient payments and manage financial transactions

Schedule and confirm patient appointments

Work on patient recall lists to ensure timely follow-ups

A/R Report

Requirements:

Prior experience in a dental office required

Open Dental Software a plus

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in dental insurance processes and billing

Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality

Positive attitude and professional demeanor
