Dental Assistant

A specialist dental office, located near U-Village and Children’s Hospital, is seeking a full-time dental assistant.

Working hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm. This constitutes a full-time job with full benefits.

Your hourly pay rate is dependent upon the skills you have or learn in our office, but you can easily earn more than $42k per year for a three-day work week.

Breaks and lunch are on the clock.

Experience working in a health care environment is beneficial.

You must know, or be able to learn and apply, hygiene, disinfection, and sterilization theories and protocols.

You must be organized and able to prioritize and focus upon tasks.

The job primarily involves chair-side assisting and the care and maintenance of the operatory, materials, and instruments,

but also includes some simple dental lab-related activities.

This is not a high stress, high pressure job: there are peaks and valleys in workflow, but an efficient assistant will have plenty of downtime.
