Dental Assistant

Goals & Objectives of the DENTAL ASSISTANT Position:

1. Assist doctor and hygienist chairside.

2. Sterilize and turn over rooms.

3. Support lead with tracking of supply inventory.

4. Anticipate and manage the needs of each patient in the operatory and respond proactively.

5. Anticipate the needs of the doctor and respond proactively.

6. Have clinical knowledge of procedures to address patients' questions and concerns.

7. Provide 5-star customer service for optimal patient satisfaction and comfort.

Employment Requirements:

Educational degrees: High School Diploma or GED. Certified Dental Assistant

Skill requirements: Ability to assist doctor chairside, sterilization of instruments, computer skills, ability to build interpersonal relationships with patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

$25-35 an hour depending on experience
