Chef/Kitchen Manager 60-80k DOE

influence menus and specials

recruit, train and manage kitchen staff

manage inventory and purchasing

set BOH schedule

budget food/BOH labor costs and meet budget targets

Must possess:

prior experience

the ability to motivate and work collaboratively with BOH & FOH staff

positive attitude and team player

pride in work/high standards for organization & quality work

must have good communication skills
