Catering Prep Cook

Successful Gig Harbor catering company is seeking a part time, day time, dish washer/seasonal prep cook.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

-Perform routine kitchen tasks such as wash and put away dishes, take out garbages, sweep, mop.

-Ability to follow recipe, listen and take direction

-Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen

-Ensure that all food and other items are prepared and stored properly.

-Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

-Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Prep Cook Qualifications / Skills:

-Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen

-Must obtain current Food Handlers Certification

-Knowledge of basic cooking techniques

-Organizational Skills

-Communication skills

-Attention to detail
