Another Source’s client, Sabey Corporation, is recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on-site in Tukwila, WA.

What you will be doing:
As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall administration of the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable, ensuring the department provides accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices while providing superior customer service. You will maintain financial records and provide general support to the Accounting Department.
The anticipated yearly salary range for this position is $41,911- $58,676 annually.
How you will be spending your time:
Provide general support to the accounting department
Process accounts payable, code and enter invoices
Research invoices missing purchase orders, contact vendors for revised invoice requests
Research vendor statements, confirm invoices have been received and paid
Reconcile monthly credit card statements
Assist in weekly check runs
Assist in month end close process (AP Agings)
Maintain electronic files for the Accounting Department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance OR 4 years of work experience in Accounting
2+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable
Experience with full cycle accounting performing Accounts Payable duties
Experience with construction Accounts Payable preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Advanced Excel skills required
