About Us:

Sweet Bay Cafe will offer classic breakfast and brunch fare, lunch specialties and coffee from Lighthouse Roasters. Everything we serve will be made from scratch, in house.

We will be open 7 days a week starting this fall from 7am-2pm.

To build our team, we're looking for motivated and energetic individuals to fill a variety of roles across the restaurant. Whether you're a seasoned professional or looking to start your career in hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Hiring for the Following Positions:

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Daytime Prep Cooks

Line Cooks (Day Shift)

Dishwashers (Day Shift)

What we are looking for:

Experience in a high volume restaurant (preferred but not required)

Team-oriented

Excellent communicator

Strong organizational skills and task management

Willingness to learn and follow direction

A very high standard of cleanliness and knowledge of food safety practices

Food Handlers Permit

What we offer:

Pay( $18.00- $20.00/hr DOE + an average of $5-$8/hour in tips)

Lo que buscamos:

Experiencia en restaurantes de alto volumen (preferible pero no obligatorio)

Orientación al trabajo en equipo

Excelente comunicador

Fuertes habilidades organizativas y gestión de tareas

Disposición para aprender y seguir instrucciones

Un estándar muy alto de limpieza y conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad alimentaria

Permiso de Manipulación de Alimentos

Lo que ofrecemos:

Pago ( $18.00-$20.00/hr DOE + un promedio de $5-$8/hora en propinas)
