About Us:

Sweet Bay Cafe will offer classic breakfast and brunch fare, lunch specialties and coffee from Lighthouse Roasters. Everything we serve will be made from scratch, in house.

We will be open 7 days a week starting the end of September from 7am-2pm.

To build our team, we're looking for motivated and energetic individuals to fill a variety of roles across the restaurant. Whether you're a seasoned professional or looking to start your career in hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Servers

Hosts

Baristas

Support Staff

What we are looking for:

Someone with excellent customer service skills

Experience in the restaurant industry ( preferred)

Team-oriented

Excellent communicator

Ability to multitask

MAST and Food Handlers Permit

What we offer:

Minimum wage plus tips ( $17.28 + an average of $5-$10/hour in tips)
