Immediate Need for Maintenance Person

In need of a building maintenance person who is capable of a wide range of minor repair tasks including changing light bulbs and ballasts, light plumbing repair work, and directing subcontractors (landscapers, plumbers, electricians, mechanical, etc.). This person is also responsible for the general appearance and upkeep of various office properties that our firm manages. We need an individual with a clean appearance who communicates effectively, gets along well with people, and is honest and trustworthy. This individual needs to have his/her own truck and hand tools. No health insurance benefits. One week paid vacation after one year. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
