Residential Maintenance Technician

Qualified applicants will possess the necessary skills and experience to immediately turn units for new tenants. Senior techs know how to handle work orders from plumbing to HVAC and everything inbetween. Candidates must be highly skilled in customer service, maintain a high level of competency, and have an innovative mindset. Salary will depend on experience and skill set.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Knowledge of interior maintinence issues, (HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentary, Electrical)

Complete requested repairs in a timely manner

Provide excellent customer service when communicating with residents

Make ready properties for new move-ins

Competing work orders meeting weekly quotas.

Accurately record work performed into Company Software

Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on a monthly schedule

Success Factors

Education

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Must have 5+ years' experience minium

Qualifications

Must have own transportation and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills

Highly Organized

Great attention to detail

Top interpersonal and customer service skills

High level of competency and efficiency in all aspects of maintenance

Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Drivers License
