CLEANING MANAGER

Cleaning Manager needed for the Chesapeake Area. Daily and nightly to manage 5 employees. Assign areas of responsibility to day and night staff at building for cleaning. Observe and work with staff to insure compliance with company policy and procedures are in place for cleaning. Recruit and train additional staff when needed. Manage labor budgets/supplies for the building. Help with job load when needed during the day and night if a staff member is out. Perform inspections weekly, report back to Operations Manager with findings and resolve any issues.
