Project Manager

GTB Enterprises is looking to hire a multi-faceted Project Manager for a full time position. Applicants MUST have experience in project management and be able to manage multiple concurrent residential construction projects for a high end custom home building company. Scope of work includes but is not limited to:

- Managing and scheduling sub-contractor crews on job sites

- Schedule and coordinate material deliveries and drop offs on multiple job sites on a daily basis

- Coordinate with building inspectors to pass home inspections in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain clean and safe job sites

- Coordinate with management to meet operational needs and goals
