Project Manager Specialist

Project management experience in mortgage industry Experience in: - Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems - Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, Application Maintenance Change Process (AMCP) and project management life cycle (PMLC) Strong experience in project management processes: - Budget management and resource management - Communication - Risk management - Scope and change request management - Schedule management - Internal controls and quality management Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills Good organization, presentation and customer service skills - Understanding of Risk and Controls framework, including responses to external regulators - Managing issues and findings project plans through to completion including drafting responses to internal and external stakeholders.
