FOH Manager -ASAP HIRE

Stowe Bee Bakery & Cafe is looking for a FOH manager. Friendly, upbeat, positive person with FOH management cafeteria experience. Barista experience preferred, but if not will send you for training paid course with one year contact. Friendly staff, positive environment, easy laid back owners.

Duties include:

-Train new counter service employees & baristas

-FOH inventory ordering (paper goods & coffee)

-Keeping FOH and barista staff motivated, on track with side work, upbeat and involved with customer service

-Creating and managing FOH scheduling

-Keeping FOH neat and organized

-Liaison with kitchen for daily specials & 86ed items

-no late nights

-one weekend day off available

-comp meal

-generous PTO time
