Bolton Valley Food Truck Manager

Looking for one amazing individual for a fun seasonal culinary adventure at the base of one of the coolest mountain resorts in the country this winter (and beyond). Position will be 30 or so hours per 4 day work week (more hours and days available if interested), greeting customers, operating simple POS, and fulfilling food and drink orders. Very minimal prep, set up and cleanup make for a simple and streamlined operation. Training to make perfect rice balls and run an efficient shop is fully paid and easy to grasp for most. Some food/customer service experience would be helpful but more important is being friendly, honest, outgoing, clean and organized. Must be able and excited to work solo shifts independently as well as with an assistant on weekends and holidays. This position includes very competitive pay of $30/hour guaranteed (however last two years the manager has averaged $37-$40/hr for the season!), the friendliest locals, pro-form discounts on top name gear and clothing, dental insurance upon hire and 401(k) after three months, delicious food, and a full Bolton alpine, backcountry and nordic season pass with plenty of day and night to use it to keep the stoke high!
