Hi! Gallus handcrafted pasta, a new Heirloom Hospitality restaurant, is looking for a backserver to join our team. This is an exciting time for our group as we've returned to the beloved Mill building on Stowe Street in Waterbury. Gallus provides a casual dining experience with an emphasis on house made pasta, along with other small plates and entrees to share. The beverage program is designed to be simple yet delicious and rooted in classics. Service is friendly and attentive with an upbeat pace.

Backservers support the restaurant in many ways. The main duties are clearing and resetting tables, polishing glassware & silverware, and assisting servers with any task, small or large! This is a great opportunity to build restaurant muscle in a fast-pasted yet controlled environment. We are not requiring prior restaurant experience as we are willing to train the right person. Shifts needed are currently just Wednesdays with the ability to pick up additional hours when available.
