Bistro de Margot is looking for a Line Cook to work on hot/cold line. 2 to 3 years experience on hot line a plus and we accept entry level applications. If you are passionate about food, if you want to learn more or start a career in the restaurant industry, if you want to refine your skills and knowledge in French Cuisine in a fun and focused kitchen, this is the perfect place to do it! This position is available immediately.

Chef/Owner Herve Mahe has worked in 3 Michelin Star restaurants in France and many other fine dining establishments in Europe, Canada and the USA; he has worked as an instructor at the former New England Culinary Institute and was Executive Chef & B at the Hilton Burlington for 5 years before opening Bistro de Margot. He is on the line every night cooking!

Candidate must have good attention to details, good knife skills, will be motivated and passionate about food. We are looking for a candidate who will want to grow with the organization.

The restaurant is ranked one of the top 5 restaurants in Burlington. Our evolving menu features the best ingredients the seasons have to offer.

Compensation will depend on experience.

Free Family meal before service.

Bistro de Margot offers 401K program with Company Match (100% of the first 1% contribution and 50% of the following 5%; Vested 50% after 1 year and 100% after 2 year), you are eligible right away for the program!
