The Filling Station is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. We're looking for a dedicated individual with exceptional knife skills and a proven ability to manage a high-performing kitchen.
Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen operations and staff
Assist the Executive Chef in menu development and execution
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
Manage inventory and food costs
Train and develop kitchen staff
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience
Strong knife skills and culinary expertise
Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent leadership and organizational abilities
Ability to work long hours and under pressure
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
