Warehouse Laborer

B Robinson Inc., a leading telecommunications construction company, is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Laborer to join our team. As a Warehouse Laborer, you will play an essential role in supporting the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, handling materials, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Role responsibilities:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, team members, and vendors.

Represent the company with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive image in all dealings.

Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.

Organize and maintain inventory across local and satellite warehouses and truck yards.

Perform regular inventory counts, track materials, and resolve discrepancies.

Accurately prepare orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring correct materials and quantities.

Safely load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other necessary equipment.

Label and arrange materials in designated storage areas for easy access and

Assist in preparing shipping documents and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.

Verify outgoing shipments and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and condition.

Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC).

Participate in safety training programs and report potential hazards or incidents immediately.

Follow proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation, including daily reports, time sheets, receipts, and fuel purchase records, accurately and promptly.

Keep warehouse and yard spaces clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Arrange materials, tools, and equipment in a systematic and efficient manner.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely fulfillment of orders.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and contribute to productivity.

Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to PPE guidelines

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, equipment, and tools

Timely completion of required documentation

Punctuality and a strong work ethic to ensure project timelines are met.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.

Valid drivers license

Previous experience in a similar role preferred

$18- $22hr
