Qualifications:
Prior experience in a commercial baking/ pastry operation preferred.
Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred.
Highly responsible and reliable.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
