Lawn Maintenance Account Manager

GREEN GRASS INC., LLC is a 50-year-old company seeking a Lawn Maintenance Account Manager experienced in lawn mowing maintenance, landscaping, and estimating for residential and commercial enhancements. Basic sales and irrigation knowledge is a plus.

Must be a self-starter and motivated individual with a "CAN DO" WILL DO “attitude.

Experience in lawn mowing maintenance and landscaping to supervise, train and motivate crews and general management duties.

Handle customer service and develop rapport with clients.

Quality control

Assign work, track progress, and ensure on time completion of scheduled routes and projects.

Responsible for all paperwork related to crews and customers.

General computer knowledge (M/S Excel, Word & Internet)

Bilingual preferred but not required.

Must have a valid Texas Driver’s license and good driving record.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Handle miscellaneous tasks.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends, evenings and holidays depending on seasonal needs.

Additional managerial duties in other departments may be required.

Responsible for opening and closing on a rotation basis.

Salary position, bonuses, commissions, and Profit sharing (Payout is based on Company’s yearend net profit).

Includes Company vehicle. (Subject to company policies)
