Painting Subcontractor Crew

Job Description: We are seeking experienced painting subcontractors to join our growing team for residential projects. We pay above market rate so we expect our crew leaders to be exceptionally professional and competent.

About Us: Proper Prep Painters is a residential painting company specializing in interior, exterior, brick, and cabinet painting. We take immense pride in delivering exceptional craftsmanship and believe that meticulous preparation is the foundation for a flawless finish. We are aware that our workplace is someone's home, so we always treat it with respect.

Qualifications:

-Experience working as a painting subcontractor is a must

-We need at least 3 local references that we can contact by phone

-Must have a clean vehicle WITHOUT advertising

-Pictures of your previous work

-Speak and read English fluently

-Must own standard painting tools

-Experience with basic carpentry repairs for exterior work (replacing rotten trim)

-Standard interior and exterior painting for owner-occupied homes

-Control dust and overspray

-Sheetrock repairs

-Refinish front doors and cabinets
