Debris Removal Crew Needed

Established landscape company seeking reliable independent contractor for weekly ongoing lot cleanup and debris removal across Midtown Houston.

SCOPE:

- 80+ lots requiring weekly review and possible debris collection.

⁃debris collection includes trash dumped on empty lots, branches and possible tree removal

⁃Ability to tow vehicles is a plus.

⁃Property preservation experience a plus.

- Lot sizes vary from 1,500 to 20,000 sq ft

- Work assigned every Monday, must be completed by Saturday

- Flexible schedule within 7AM-7PM (or dusk)

- No work on Sundays or holidays

COMPENSATION:

- $8-$12 per cubic yard of debris removed

⁃Special rate for cutting down trees as requested.

- Weekly payment every Friday paid a week after completion.

- Contractor responsible for dump fees

REQUIREMENTS:

- Contractor must own truck and trailer

⁃Contractor must provide proof of equipment

- Valid driver's license

- Must speak English

- Must have smartphone with reliable cell service

- Able to take/submit photos of work

- Handle disposal of collected debris

- Must be comfortable with downloading and using apps for job tracking

WE PROVIDE:

- Property tracking apps

⁃reimbursement on necessary downloaded app fees.

- Consistent weekly work

- Monthly contract (renewable)

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
