Project Manager

Job duties:

Apply specialized knowledge and skills in project management to manage the company's biotechnology projects; coordinate with customers and technical account managers of the company's CRO (contract research organization) to develop project scopes and objectives for new projects and ensure technical feasibility; service as an internal consultant to technician team to implement operational plans, set project milestones and procedures, track performance, and maintain proper documentation; develop and update biological project plans including objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing based on customers' requirements; translate sales and customer retention strategy into operational and tactical plans to positively impact the outcome of the company's CRO service program; manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other activities of assigned projects, and monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback; prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports; manage assigned project budget to meet financial and company goals.

Job requirements:

At least a master degree in project management or any related field such as business management and marketing management with at least 1 year of experience in the same project manager position or any similar positions such as project management specialist, marketing project manager, etc.
