Senior Project Manager - Ports and Navigation

AECOM is seeking a Ports and Navigation Senior Project Manager based in Houston, TX.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Serves as Project Manager for small to large ports and navigation projects including dredging, beneficial use of dredged materials, feasibility studies and costal restoration projects.Provides technical leadership for projects from the planning phase through construction on all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects.Demonstrates experience in conventional and advanced technologies and alternative delivery projects.Competent in all aspects of project delivery, including scope, schedule, finance, and quality.Prepares technical memoranda, planning studies and final design calculations, plans and specifications.Coordinates with other discipline leads, clients, consultants, and agencies in management and implementation of projects.Propose approaches to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods.Assists in identifying opportunities, development of proposals and statement of qualifications.Builds and maintain relationships with clients and Industry professionals.Actively participates in ports and marine industry specific conferences and professional organizations.Provides technical direction and mentorship for junior staff.
