Car Wash Customer Service Representative

At Brio Hand Carwash & Detail we are a looking for a motivated customer service representative. The role consists of greeting customers, understanding their needs, and offering a wash package that will satisfy the customer's needs. In addition, you will track the progress of the different cars and charge the customers when the car is ready. This is a fun and fast paced role in which you are constantly interacting with customers and the cleaning technicians to ensure the customer leaves satisfied.

Requirements for the role:

- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers

- Ability to work in a team atmosphere

- Ability to work weekends

- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
