You will fulfill orders on time through planning and create unique and original ideas for our customers.

Key Job Duties:

1. Answer and distribute incoming phone calls or log missed calls (log name, company, phone number, reason for call, etc.)

2. Walk-in customer assistance to include taking and entering in order details

3. Process customer payments

4. Notify customers of completed orders

5. Check the status of open promo orders daily for the Sales Team

6. Verify proof has been sent, approved, or pending

7. Call vendors and place and check on orders

8. Verify payment has been placed for vendors needing pre-payment

9. Log order status, point of contact and order details

10. Support Sales Team by creating research presentations
