Admin/Accounts Payable Clerk - Entry Level
Texas, Dallas / fort worth, 75201 Dallas / fort worth USAMidland Tower Construction LP (MTC) is currently looking for an Admin / Accounts Payable Assistant to play a critical role in our company. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention for detail. The candidate should also have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers/departments. An ability to multitask, manage complex schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential to the position.

This position is for the Plano, TX office
Administrative Role & Responsibilities:
Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests
Provide front-desk coverage by greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answers phone and schedules meetings
Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets and forms
Maintain filing systems, contact databases, and employee list, and order office supplies
Provide Administrative support to the accounting team by:
Processing vendor invoices in QuickBooks Online
Entering daily receipts in QuickBooks Online
Setting up new projects in QuickBooks Online
Submitting Bids through customer’s preferred method (Portals/email)
Provide other clerical support necessary
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2-3 years of experience performing administrative duties in the construction industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure with a high customer service-oriented attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively and efficiently.
Proficient in Excel, MS Word and Adobe
Aptitude for learning new software and systems
QuickBooks Online a Must
