Admin/ order-repair tracking / data entry/ customer service

We are looking for a good moral person who is truly focused, with very good tracking skills, detail oriented - detail loving admin / data entry / invoicing / order and repair entry and tracking to fruition. customer service person with a positive strong “get it done right and quick” work ethic and team spirit / and be a very good sport about everything. Book keeping personality might be a great help for this job. MUST have great memory and a lot of true patience for near constant small details/ customer names/ style numbers and pricing. Must know or learn “business works” accounting program quickly and attend to it accurately. This job is a support staff job to help salespeople, help stores, and help owners. Accuracy and Efficiency are priorities for this job. Must be a great Listener. Hear and do what we need. Perfect Data entry and following set procedure is a must. 28-32 hrs per wk.

Mon - Thurs. 9- 4pm. Small Family Company Near smu.

Must be a fast learner and quick to learn a very detailed job. And remember and retain all the small details with perfection. Finesse with job and owners and customers is important. So good easy going sense of humor is a true must! Must follow instructions and directions to the T. And must be open to asking for directions / guidance if something isn’t clear. We need someone who follows the rules/ follows procedure set before them and who does this day in and day out. And someone who knows how to “go with the flow”.
