Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Front Office and Logistics Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for daily office activities, assisting Logistics and all other departments to make sure all work is completed.

Requirements:
To excel in the Front Office and Logistics Assistant position, candidates should possess a blend of organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Strong attention to detail is essential for accurately processing orders and scheduling deliveries. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel) and email is beneficial for maintaining records and communicating with customers and co-workers. The ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities is crucial. Excellent interpersonal skills are also important for interacting with visitors, handling inquiries, and working effectively within a team. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on various responsibilities to support office operations are highly valued in this role.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as front desk admin or customer service rep
Administrative background
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent Email Correspondent
Experience in a direct customer support role
Inbound/outbound calling
