We have several clients with needs in this market, on mostly tenant occupied homes.

OUR PROCESS

We share a job scope and tenant availability with you

You receive a text of the confirmed appointment

You show up assess/bid

You report job with notes and pictures using a provided link

BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER photos along with a detailed summary will be your fastest way to more jobs

PRICING

We pay $50 per hour for labor – No Book Rates

Submit bids/completion forms along with photos while on-site

Communicate on-site for any adjustments.

Completion notes and pictures equal payment

Remember, you don't have to advertise, pay referral fees, schedule work, or chase down payments like you would for other work. We absorb all those expenses.

If you want to learn more, join us for one of our standing Q&A sessions. Ideal candidates are contractors, skilled tradesman and/or general handymen. Ideal candidates will also carry G/L insurance and/or workman’s comp insurance.
