Maintenance Technician needed for North Dallas community!

Job Description:

This position will require some experience with make readies and groundskeeping.

Pay will range from 22.00-24.00 per hour plus monthly renewal bonuses. We offer medical, dental and vision insurance and employee rental discount. Our property owner is a long term investor and this is a great position for someone needing stable employment. The owner prioritizes the employees and residents and makes sure the staff has all of the supplies, tools and resources for the job.

Must live within 30 minutes of North Dallas.
