Fleet Manager

National Concrete Washout is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have mechanical aptitude, a CDL driver’s license, and some experience in dispatch and scheduling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of our fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in peak condition.

Manage scheduling and dispatch of drivers, optimizing routes and ensuring timely deliveries.

Monitor fleet performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with drivers to address any issues or concerns they may have.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude with experience in diesel maintenance and repair.

CDL driver’s license is preferred.

Experience in dispatch and scheduling is an asset.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication abilities and a team-oriented mindset.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
