Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage the timeline, budget, and quality control of all classic car restoration projects, ensuring they meet Texoma Classics’ high standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of skilled technicians, including mechanics, fabricators, and upholsterers, through tasks such as vehicle teardowns, custom fabrications, and interior restoration.
Leadership & Problem-Solving: Foster efficiency and ensure top-notch work quality through effective leadership and troubleshooting.
Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and any inquiries related to vehicle restoration.
Qualifications:
Strong background in managing automotive restoration projects, specifically antique and classic cars.
Expertise in managing projects that involve modern upgrades such as crate engine installs and custom modifications.
Proficiency with project management tools, budget tracking, and leading technical teams.
Experience in paint and body work, with familiarity in HP Tuners or similar diagnostic tools for vehicle tuning.
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Location:

Additional Role Details:
Mentorship: Lead and mentor technical staff, helping them grow in their roles and achieve project milestones.
Vendor Relations: Develop project scopes, source parts, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and other industry regulations.
