We are seeking an experienced Superintendent for our Austin, Texas office to lead key commercial electrical projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing division and play a crucial role in managing large, complex projects in a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of large-scale commercial electrical projects (10M+).
Ensure adherence to safety standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
Manage daily operations and coordinate between multiple trades and teams on-site.
Act as a key liaison between the client, project management team, and contractors.
Maintain the flow of communication to ensure smooth execution in environments where buildings may remain operational.
Prioritize security, performance, and safety in high-stakes projects such as hospitals, military bases, airports, and government facilities.
Qualifications:
IDEAL 5 - 7 years min of experience in commercial electrical projects as a SUPERINTENDENT
10M + projects - Proven track record with a project list of successfully completed electrical projects, each valued at 10M plus
Experience with diverse project types, including: Hospitals, Military Bases, Federal Government Projects, FAA Airports ( airport project experience is a huge plus)
Other complex, multi-layered projects requiring heightened security and precision.
Strong understanding of working in environments where public access may still be maintained.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bilingual would be a huge asset
