Job Description:

As a Residential and Commercial Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and code regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of construction from start to completion for both residential and commercial projects

- Manage daily on-site operations, including scheduling, quality control, and site safety

- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion

- Interpret plans and specifications to ensure the project meets design standards

- Troubleshoot issues as they arise and proactively implement solutions

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

- Provide regular updates to clients and management

- Manage materials and labor, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost control

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in residential and commercial construction

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices

- Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems

- Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in both residential and commercial projects

- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
