Unlock your potential!Job Summary and QualificationsJob Summary:The Clinical Operations Group (COG) is responsible for HCA’s clinical and quality agenda. The EHR Optimization (EHRO) team manages and optimizes the use and standard content of the enterprise EHR and informatics platforms across multiple vendors and versions (Meditech Expanse, Epic, Cerner, etc.). The EHRO team is responsible for the compliant, optimized and efficient use of informatics solutions across all acute care and post-acute care facilities. The Senior Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Enterprise governance and change request processes including management of clinical informatics communications associated with the development and implementation of clinical informatics initiatives in the enterprise EHRs and informatics platforms.General Responsibilities:

Facilitate corporate change control activities in collaboration with clinical service line leaders, department informaticists, EHR IT teams, and representation from clinical and technical departments in all of HCA’s domestic divisions.

Follow established guidelines to vet and coordinate enterprise EHR updates and enhancements across multiple stakeholders.

Lead the development of high-quality materials to support updates on progress of key initiatives, which include Division CMOs, Division VPs of Nursing Informatics and other Corporate and Division representatives.

Lead the creation and maintenance of system dashboards and reports to provide status overviews, backlog grooming, release planning and analysis of progress to department and Clinical Informatics leaders.

Demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to delivering exceptional service for clinical representatives, service line leaders and other stakeholders by supporting education and use of Enterprise Change Control processes and tools.

Schedule and conduct associated change control request review meetings; preparing agendas and publish outcomes per established standards

Support a consistent and timely review of change request submissions, ensuring inclusion of appropriate background materials and clarity of request.

Leverage data analysis skills and knowledge to solution delivery processes to analyze Enterprise governance and change request processes to maintain progress and recommend areas for improvement.

Ensure completion, accuracy, and updated information in department databases for enterprise visibility of information.

Support technical and other teams in integrating change control activities into their project plans.

Apply knowledge of timelines and status to communicate expectations/recommendations with Clinical Change Control members, Clinical Informatics leadership, and ITG

Liaise between division representatives and corporate contacts regarding governance and optimization efforts

Education, Experience and Certifications:

Bachelor’s Degree – Required

5+ years of experience in relevant work – Required
