Analyze business problems and issues by collecting data from internal and external sources to provide insights to decision makers. Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions to meet business requirements. Includes but not limited to reports, dashboards, KPI scorecards, tabular, and multidimensional models. Expert working knowledge of MS Office Power Platform, specifically MS Power BI development, Power Apps development and Power Automate development is required. Power BI skillset including experience in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL queries. Working knowledge of and ability to independently apply one or more programming or scripting languages: Python, SQL.Responsibilities Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades. Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service. Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
