Systems Administrator

Description We're looking for a talented Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Nashville!In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including server management, user administration, security, and troubleshooting.Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, etc.).

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Implement and maintain data backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

Monitor system activity and identify potential problems.

Provide technical support to internal users.

Document system configurations and procedures.

Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.

Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.).

Experience with Active Directory or other user management tools.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Experience working with scripting languages (a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
